Passports and Visas

Visitors to South Africa, without exception, must have a valid passport and should inquire whether an entry visa will be required of them. If so, participants should obtain visas from their nearest Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of South Africa prior to departure for the Assembly. Early application is highly recommended. Embassies may ask for a copy of the official notification letter for the Assembly that you have already received.
