Airport Arrangements

Arrangements are available for reception of delegates at the Cape Town Airport and their transfer to designated Assembly hotels, provided that information about their arrival is received at least two weeks in advance. The delegates are requested to indicate their travel plans and book their transfer online, or by mailing, e-mailing by scanned attachment, or faxing the reservation forms as early as possible to Thebe Conferences:

Delegates are encouraged to ensure that each piece of their baggage, including hand baggage, carries one of the special baggage tags that will be forwarded by the GEF Secretariat on receipt of the completed registration forms.
