Assembly RegistrationAll participants are urged to register early. Participants can register online. For those unable to register online, the registration form (pdf 50kb) must be filled out and returned by fax or as a scanned e-mail attachment to: The GEF Secretariat Fax +1 202 522-3240 Note: please type or print your name as it should be listed in the Assembly list of participants, i.e. first name(s) and/or initial/s, then last name. If the family name is not the last name, please indicate clearly. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit a recent passport-sized photograph, to allow for identification badges to be prepared in advance so as to expedite the on-site registration process in Cape Town. Please e-mail photographs in advance to assembly@theGEF.org On-site RegistrationAll participants must check in at the on-site registration desk at the CTICC to obtain identification badges and related Assembly information. Invitations to social events will be issued at this time. As Assembly identification badges will include a photograph, all participants must submit a photograph to the GEF Secretariat prior to their arrival in Cape Town, or be photographed on-site to obtain their badges. To expedite initial entry to the registration area at the CTICC and subsequent registration procedures, participants are required to have their passport or other means of national identification readily available, as well as a copy of their delegation letter or letter of accreditation.
