ShippingShipment of material for the exhibition is the responsibility of the exhibitor, and any international shipping agent can be used. To assist exhibitors, we have identified two international shipping agents (links below) whose services you may wish to consider using. Please note that these agents have agreed to clear, store and deliver materials to the Cape Town International Convention Centre, on Sunday, August 27th, 2006, as this is the only set-up date for the Exhibition. Exhibitors shipping to Cape Town should ensure that their shipment arrives in Cape Town no later than August 16 to allow time for customs clearance. If you wish to use the services of other agent(s), please ensure that they are able to deliver on the above date as many agents do not deliver on Sundays. All exhibitions booths must be dismantled on August 30, 2006 (evening).
