Information for Exhibitors

Applications for hosting an exhibit are open. As space is limited, please submit your requests to Mr. Sarwat Hussain (shussain@thegef.org).

The exhibition will be held in the Ballroom East of the Cape Town International Convention Centre (booths 1-36).

A basic booth is 3x3 m and the walls are 2.5 m high, and the fascia is 300 mm deep, from 2.3 m height up.

The fascia lettering (Company Name in the photo) can have a maximum of 30 characters in order for it to be legible. The booth is provided free. The image does not show the 2 x spotlights & 1 x plug point that are supplied free.

Additional furniture and supplies are available. Costs are indicated, and rental costs are for the entire duration of the exhibition. Please contact Maxine (maxine@oasysexpo.com). Please note that prior payment by credit card is required to secure your order.
