Joint Evaluation of the GEF Activity Cycle and ModalitiesJoint Evaluation Report (2006). The evaluation was jointly undertaken by the GEF Evaluation Office and the Agency evaluation offices during 2006. The GEF Council reviewed the evaluation at its December 2006 session (see Joint Summary paras. 16-18). Annex A-Terms of Reference and Methodology Evaluation Report (2006). This evaluation assessed the experience of the seven Executing Agencies under Expanded Opportunities in the GEF. It analyzed how the Executing Agencies are working with the GEF and provide recommendations to enhance their involvement, with key questions:
