Country Portfolio Evaluations - Costa Rica

Costa Rica was the subject of the first GEF Country Portfolio Evaluation. The pilot evaluation was presented to the GEF Council in June 2006. The evaluation was managed by Chief Evaluation Officer Claudio R. Volonte. Mr. Alejandro Imbach was the lead consultant.
